Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to jewellery and related products offered by House of June Private Limited (“June”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) through www.shop-june.com and authorised June sales channels.

1. Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, a piece must be unused, unworn, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging, Certificate of Material Authenticity and Composition, and proof of purchase.

Customised, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition.

2. Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, email hello@houseofjune.co with your order number and reason for return. Our team will review your request and share the applicable next steps.

Returned products are subject to inspection, quality checks, and authenticity verification upon receipt. June reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Non-Refundable Charges

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, shipping charges, duties, taxes, gift wrapping charges, customisation charges, engraving charges, and similar service fees are non-refundable.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once this period has passed, or once an order has entered processing or production, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

Customised, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If your order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at hello@houseofjune.co with your order details and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Our team will assess the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution, where eligible.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method, subject to applicable payment processing timelines. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider and banking partner.
