Orders are prepared with care before dispatch. Processing timelines may vary depending on product availability, order verification, customisation status, and order volumes during promotional periods. Customised, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order pieces may require additional preparation time.

2. Secure Packaging

Every June piece is packaged securely for transit and, where applicable, is accompanied by its Certificate of Material Authenticity and Composition and branded packaging. Please inspect your parcel promptly upon receipt and retain the packaging if you need to report damage or an incorrect item.

3. Shipping Charges and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout or provided with your order confirmation. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your delivery location, courier operations, holidays, weather, public disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Tracking and Delivery Information

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared where available. Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details. Re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information may be payable by the customer.

5. Delayed, Lost, Damaged, or Tampered Parcels

If your parcel is delayed beyond the indicated delivery window, appears lost, or arrives damaged or tampered with, please contact us promptly at hello@houseofjune.co with your order number and clear photographs or video evidence, where applicable. We will assess the matter and coordinate the appropriate resolution with our logistics partner.

6. International Shipping

If international delivery is available for your destination, import duties, taxes, customs charges, and clearance fees may be payable by the recipient unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
