Certificate of Material Authenticity

Every June piece comes with a certificate of material authenticity detailing its precious metal composition and Gold Forming™ specifications. Each design carries real precious metal value and is created to be worn, kept, and loved for years to come, with long-term servicing and support designed to make that journey seamless.

  • The certificate issued by June verifies the material composition and June Gold Forming™ specifications of the piece.

  • Certification is valid only for authentic June products purchased through official June channels.

  • Loss of the original certificate may affect eligibility for buy back, exchange, or servicing claims.

  • Minor variations in finish, texture, or handcrafted detailing are a natural part of the product and do not affect authenticity.

  • The certificate is intended for authenticity verification and does not constitute an independent government hallmark unless specifically stated.

  • Precious metal weights mentioned are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of production.

Buy Back & Exchange Value

Every June piece carries real precious metal value. Eligible pieces may be exchanged or bought back based on the prevailing value of the precious metal content at the time of assessment.


Buy back and exchange are subject to:

  • Product verification and authenticity checks

  • Original condition assessment

  • Submission of the original certificate or proof of purchase

  • Applicable deductions for damage, missing components, or alterations

  • Buy back value is calculated based on the prevailing precious metal rate at the time of assessment.

  • June reserves the right to refuse buy back or exchange for pieces that fail authenticity verification.

  • Buy back value applies only to the precious metal content and does not include original making charges, taxes, shipping, or customisation costs.

Lifetime Servicing

We offer lifetime servicing support for all June pieces, including:

  • Professional cleaning

  • Polishing

  • Minor repairs

  • Certain repairs or restorations may carry additional charges depending on the condition of the piece.

  • Servicing timelines may vary based on the nature of repair and product design.

Service availability may vary depending on the condition and design of the product.


Lifetime Warranty

Our lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship, closures, settings, and structural integrity under normal wear conditions. If your piece requires repair or servicing, our team will assess and restore it wherever possible.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Lost items

  • Significant accidental damage or misuse

  • Natural scratches and wear over time

  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications

  • Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased directly through official June channels.

  • Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.

While June jewellery is designed to be durable and worn every day, proper care can help preserve its finish and longevity over time. Should your piece ever require a refresh, our June Care Programme offers professional servicing to help restore and maintain its appearance for years to come. In the meantime, a few simple care practices can help keep your jewellery looking its best:

  • To keep your piece looking its best for longer, avoid unnecessary contact with harsh chemicals and cleaning products.

  • Store pieces separately in their June packaging when not in use to minimise scratches from other jewellery.

  • Avoid storing jewellery while damp

  • Gently wiping your jewellery with a soft cloth from time to time can help keep it clean and well maintained.

  • Small signs of wear are a natural characteristic of precious metals and part of owning jewellery that's meant to be worn. 

  • Our servicing programme can help restore and maintain its appearance, allowing you to enjoy it for years to come.

Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, pieces must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging, certificate, and proof of purchase. Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return unless received in damaged or defective condition.

Returns can be initiated through our online return portal. Once your request is submitted, our Customer Care team will review it within 24–48 hours and share the next steps via email.

Please note:

  • Returned products are subject to quality and authenticity checks upon receipt.

  • Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and customisation charges are non-refundable.

  • June reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet eligibility requirements.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once this period has passed, the order may have already entered processing or production and will no longer be eligible for cancellation.

To request a cancellation, please contact our team at care@houseofjune.co with your order details at the earliest.

Please note:

  • Customised, engraved, or made-to-order pieces cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method.

  • June reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that fall outside the eligible cancellation window.
