These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the House of June website and the purchase of jewellery and related products offered by House of June Private Limited (“June”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Products and Materials
June offers jewellery made using precious metals and proprietary June Gold Forming™ specifications, as described on individual product pages. Product descriptions, imagery, dimensions, material details, and indicative weights are provided as accurately as possible. Minor variations in finish, texture, handcrafted detailing, and approximate precious metal weights may occur and do not affect authenticity.
2. Certificate of Material Authenticity and Composition
Every eligible June piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Material Authenticity and Composition detailing its precious metal composition and June Gold Forming™ specifications. Certification is valid only for authentic June products purchased through official June channels. The certificate is intended for authenticity verification and does not constitute an independent government hallmark unless specifically stated.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is accepted only once confirmed by June. We may refuse or cancel an order due to product unavailability, payment failure, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or circumstances affecting fulfilment.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods and applicable charges are displayed at checkout. Promotional pricing, shipping charges, or eligibility may change during campaigns or sale periods.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Processing timelines, delivery estimates, tracking, and shipping charges are governed by our Shipping Policy. Delays caused by logistics partners, public disruptions, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility requirements set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, subject to production and fulfilment status. Customised, engraved, resized, altered, or made-to-order pieces are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has begun, unless received damaged or defective.
7. Warranty and Servicing
June offers lifetime servicing support and a limited lifetime manufacturing warranty for manufacturing defects relating to craftsmanship, closures, settings, and structural integrity under normal wear conditions, subject to inspection, eligibility, and applicable charges for repairs or restorations. The warranty does not cover loss, significant accidental damage, misuse, ordinary wear, or unauthorised repair or modification.
8. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including trademarks, trade names, product imagery, text, designs, graphics, logos, and June Gold Forming™ references, is owned by or licensed to House of June Private Limited. It may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, House of June Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website or products. Our total liability in relation to a product shall not exceed the amount paid for that product, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Delhi, India, unless mandatory applicable law provides otherwise.
