BUYBACK
The buyback value is based on the current value of the precious metals in your June piece at the time of return. We guarantee a minimum 50% buyback. If gold prices increase over time, your buyback value may increase too.

EXCHANGE
As your style evolves, your jewellery can too. If you'd like to try a different June piece, you can exchange your current one and receive 100% of its value towards another design.

DELIVERY

Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 working days. Custom or personalised orders may take up to 10 working days and go into production once the design render is approved.

RETURNS

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery for unused pieces in their original condition and packaging. Custom or personalised pieces are non-returnable unless damaged or defective. Non-product charges are non-refundable. 

Returns can be initiated through our online return portal.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Custom or personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production begins.
